Myself
Finally found the time to sit down and make an argument for myself.
Firstly, Gandar's snowstorm really helps. Godzilla is cold-blooded, and based on that, he will get impeded and slowed down by the -140°C temperatures of Gandar's snowstorm. For reference, that's a whooping 50 degrees colder than the coldest temperature ever recorded (-88°C at Antarctica). 50°C. That's a whole 100+°F for those Americans who may not understand the implications. That is freezingly cold, and given freezing weapons have a track record of lowering Godzilla's body temperature and causing his nuclear reactions to slow (see the freezing masers and Super X3), the weaker Heisei Godzilla is going to be impeded, although not to the same extent. Especially as cold saps strength and slows biological reactions, and Godzilla is ultimately still a biological creature. The heat is going to get lost and Godzilla's cold-blooded nature isn't exactly well suited to retaining heat, so Godzilla will not be operating at his peak capacity.
Secondly, my teammates aren't exactly weak. King Caesar has some insane feats of physical strength (kicking a 60k ton Anguirus, heavier than he is, like a football is utterly absurd, it's like kicking a wrecking ball) and is something that will physically stagger and impact Godzilla hard. Anguirus smacking like a football via the Thunderball move is similarly tough to deal with, and both imply that the FW monsters are capable of dishing out and taking immense amounts of physical force. Zarab is strong enough to wrestle with Ultraman in strength, and that's a being whose physical feats are comparable in scale to Heisei Godzilla. Zarab also tanked a Specium Ray to the face, so Godzilla's ray (which is of comparable power, maybe somewhat weaker) isn't instantly downing Zarab either. Finally, Heisei Mothra has fought Godzilla before and has the best tools adept for taking Heisei Godzilla down, and the combination of my other teammates is distracting enough to allow Mothra the opportunity to pull off a seal or utilize her scales, whilst Heisei Godzilla doesn't get as many opportunities to adapt to Mothra's strategy as his attention will be occupied elsewhere. Caesar and Anguirus are also agile enough to evade beamspams and hit Godzilla from multiple angles, whilst Zarab can tank part of the beamspam, allowing them to survive for some time.
Thirdly, Black King. Ignoring the Ultra Bracelet, a weapon that one-shots monsters that could shrug off Ultraman Jack's Spacium Kousen, a beam of comparable power to Godzilla's Atomic Breath, means that anything Godzilla dishes out won't be able to hurt Black King at all. And thanks to the cold, Godzilla can't even use his Red Spiral Ray or even the Blue Spiral Ray (as the cold would prevent his biological reactions from building up enough power to unleash such attacks, diffusion would prevent the energy from building up as much due to the larger concentration difference between Godzilla and his surroundings, more of that energy would go to heating up the surroundings), not that I believe Godzilla could use the Red Spiral Heat Ray anyways since every time he uses it he has an outside source of power (runaway energy from SpaceGodzilla's fortress as well as SpaceGodzilla himself, or Fire Rodan's sacrifice) and he doesn't have any here. It'll geniunely take the Red Spiral Ray to even do anything to Black King, and Black King monstrous physical strength also means another wall to physically wail on Godzilla whilst Mothra sets up her tools. Or Black King can attrition Godzilla thanks to both the cold and Black King's monstrous durability preventing any chip damage.
Also, 300 meters isn't that great of a distance. Humans can walk their own height within a second, and given most of the kaiju are humanoid, and are all faster than Godzilla proportionally (Anguirus and King Caesar especially), they'd all be able to cross the distance within a few seconds and meet back up. In fact, they'd naturally be a hundred or so meters away anyways so 300 meters isn't even all that far. The scattering is no big deal. However, the grevious damage does hinder the efforts of King Caesar and Zarab, but Black King more than makes up for that and Gandar is all snowstorm and nothing else anyways (like a lot of weather setters in Pokemon such as Politoed, Ninetales & Pelipper) so it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

Every time Godzilla uses the Red Spiral Ray, he has had an outside source of power to feed on to give himself the power to use it. Here, he doesn't have it, and the blizzard also hampers Godzilla's own power reserves especially as -140°C is absurdly cold (colder than Jupiter, a gas giant 5.2x farther from the Sun than the Earth and the blizzard has winds and snow to actively let heat transfer away from Godzilla via diffusion) and Godzilla has shown susceptibility to be weakened via cold (see the effectiveness of the Super X3 and freezing masers in delaying Godzilla's Nuclear Meltdown). Also, 300 meters isn't that great of a distance on a kaiju scale (about 10 or so meters on a human scale, or about 30 feet of distance. The width of a larger end apartment, honestly).
Plus, the below video shows that the visibility isn't even too bad anyways. If we can see the distant hills and trees and the kaiju fighting outright, then it's not horrible enough to allow Godzilla to just sneak up and pick off fighters one by one.
